Redownloads will ONLY be granted on a case-by-case basis, and may incur an added fee, which is subject to amount of data, numer of purchases to be redownloaded, and time since original purchase was made.

In case of such instances, BA Studios shall be strictly limited to canceling a purchase made that was not download or attempted to be downloaded, and refunding any money transfered.
BA Studios, LLC is not liable for damages resulting from disseminating, failing to disseminate, or incorrectly or inaccurately disseminating any Software, data, advertisement or other communication at or through bustartist.com, bustartist.deviantart.com, or bustartist.blogspot.com.
No warranty is made by BA Studios, LLC regarding any information, services, software or products provided through or in connection with bustartist.com, bustartist.deviantart.com, or bustartist.blogspot.com, and BA Studios, LLC hereby expressly disclaims any and all warranties. This Agreement supersedes all prior written and oral understandings, writings, and representations and may only be amended upon notice by BustArtist or BA Studios, LLC. The application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, the provisions of this Agreement shall survive its termination.
