How are the cOmics and stOries delivered?

All grOw/cOmics and grOw/stOries are downloadable digital files (PDF). Upon completion of a successful order, you will be presented with an invoice on screen. At the top of this page is your instant download link. Click the link to access the Download page. From here, you can download the PDF files. Make sure you have the most up-to-date PDF viewer to easily access the material. It is recommeneded that you install the latest verison of Adobe Acrobat Reader to view the PDF files. It's FREE from the Adobe website.
You will also be sent a copy of this invoice/link via email.

Do I have to have a Subscription to access the grOw/cOmics and grOw/stOries?

No! That's the great thing about my website. There is NO reoccurring billing, month-to-month charges, or similar subscription rates. Each item is a single purchase. You don't have to pay for items you don't want.

Are items returnable? Are there refunds?

Downloadable products, due to their nature, are not returnable or refundable. There are sufficient descriptions, previews, and images on this site, as well as my DeviantArt Gallery, to help you make an informed choice to purchase a product. If you have questions beforehand, shoot me off an email. If you have a technical problem or issue, please contact me so that I can help you rectify the problem.

I wanted to check if I ordered a particular item, but it was at your older website. How can I do this?

Unfortunately, with the demise of my old website, ALL information on accounts and orders is irrevocably gone. My old Host shutdown without notice and would not let any of his customers access their databases. I have no — and will never be able to get — any order or account information from orders made before June 6, 2012. I am sorry, but this is completely beyond my control.

I lost my file or my hard drive crashed. Can I redownload all of my purchases?

When a purchase is made, sufficient download time is given to the purchaser. Downloads can be made within the first 96 hours from purchase, or a maximum of 4 download attempts. Security of files once they are downloaded to your computer is your responsibility. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND MAKING A DUPLICATE BACK-UP OF ALL YOUR FILES, not just purchases made from this website.

As per this website's policies: "BA Studios, LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged files on your computer. BA Studios, LLC is not responsible to allow redownloads of purchased files outside of the initial purchase time period. Redownloads will ONLY be granted on a case-by-case basis, and may incur an added fee, which is subject to amount of data, number of purchases to be redownloaded, and time since original purchase was made."

Re-downloads will NOT be granted for any item purchased before June 6, 2012 (see question above). Any re-download for any purchase made longer than 2 years ago will encur a small fee per item. Contact me to discuss what the fee will be. This fee will cover time to research orders, extra bandwidth to download (which I have to pay for), etc.

Do you accept requests? Do you do commissions?

I would love to hear what people like and don't like, so that I can make the grOw series enjoyable for the widest audience. Let me know, in general, what kind of growths, fetishes, scenarios you like. I will review the overall input when embarking on the next series.

That said, I cannot take specific requests, or full story submissions. Part of my popularity is not only the artwork, but the characterizations and storylines I craft. I have enough material right now to be busy on grOw for another 3 years or so, and in that 3 years, I am sure I will think up of 3 more years of material.

COMMISSIONS: I do 2 types of "commisisons".

1) I do "crowd-sourced commissions" (aka Patreon Art) on my Patreon page. Each month, you can enter your idea into 2 of 4 Commission Contests at my Patreon page (must be $3+ tier). Patrons vote on their favorite and the winner gets their idea made into the image. You can see the results of past Patreon art (and purchase Collections you like), here on my website »

2) Personal Commissions: I just started to get into this, as of February 2024. Currently, I am offering open slots to members of my Patreon page at the $11 tier and higher.
